Description We are in search of a dedicated Sr. Accountant to join our team based in Miami, Florida. This role primarily involves comprehensive accounting duties within a private equity fund environment. You will be expected to handle full-cycle accounting tasks, leveraging your experience across diverse industries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.

• Oversee the balance sheet reconciliation process.

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

• Maintain the general ledger, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.

• Handle the month-end close process efficiently.

• Utilize NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP for various accounting tasks.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals.

• Identify and resolve any discrepancies in financial records. Requirements • Proficient in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliations

• Experienced in General Ledger management and Journal Entries

• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel for accounting purposes

• Ability to handle Month End Close procedures effectively

• Experience with NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP accounting software

• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports

• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
