Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\ Perform quality control function under supervision of Global Quality Manager\ - Keep internal product specifications up to date\ - Control if products are produced according to internal specification\ - Perform final quality inspection and transfer from QC to Shipping\ - Generate and verify certificates of analysis; certificates of conformity and\ customer specific reports/documents\ - Assist with data collection for SPC reports on quality measurement data\ - Report quality issues to supervisor and FO team\ - Assist training of Operators/Supervisors as needed\ - Control and update work instructions\ - Support other business units as needed (HPC, TFP)\ Perform assigned work in accordance to ISO standards\ - Participate in internal audit program\ - Participate in root cause problem solving (8D, etc.)\ - Assist in executing quality improvement projects as directed by supervisor\ Production support\ - Assist in qualifying new suppliers\ - Receiving of metalwork and raw materials; perform incoming inspection as\ needed\ - Assist production as directed by supervisor\ Responsible for metrology tool upkeep and support\ - Operate and have in-depth knowledge of all metrology tools\ - Ensure metrology tools are in good condition for production\ - Responsible for site calibrations (internal and external) utilizing Gauge-Track\ software\ - Provide first line troubleshooting support for metrology tools\ Ensure a safe and healthy work environment\ - Action Management Safety administration/reporting to production\ supervisor\ - Ensure all safety and environmental policies and procedures are followed\ - Committed to 5S program\ - Judge the safe working of equipment and p
