GENERAL SUMMARY:

• Grant funded position.

Location: Lincoln Park High School (Lincoln Park, MI)

• Provides inpatient and/or outpatient medical care.

• Takes patient history, performs physical examination, orders, and interprets tests, makes diagnoses, and institutes appropriate treatment programs.

• Works in collaboration with staff physicians, house officers, nurses, and other medical care team members to ensure that patient outcomes are achieved safely and efficiently.

• Specific procedures are individually credentialed as indicated by training and experience.

  EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/ CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

• Current BLS or ACLS as required.

• Current ATLS/PALS provider status as required by department.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working as an APP with pediatric population

• Must meet MDHHS CAHC requirements.

• Candidate must be experienced to work in an autonomous environment

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working as an APP with the pediatric/adolescent population.
