JOB REQUIREMENTS: TITLE: Expert Environment Artist REQUIREMENTS: 4 years of experience in the job or 4 years of experience as an Artist, Environment Artist, or a related occupation. JOB DUTIES: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 3D environment artists including providing tasks, communicating objectives, and setting expectations for completion. Define team goals, action plans, and schedules for the project. Reviewing artist\'s work and providing feedback. Training in proprietary 3D software. Ensuring technical processes and requirements are followed. Providing career development and guidance. Research subject matter relating to video gaming content Work with 3D Environment software to augment play-spaces with artwork that supports game and story objectives. Act as gatekeeper for performance, efficiency, and quality requirements of video game content. Provide environment art team with consistent goals, opportunities, and resources.
