Aston Carter Supply Planner in Middleton, Wisconsin

Description:

Supply Planning Assistant

Logistics Support- 60%

• Carry out all inbound tracking activities and lead cross functional communication between Supply Planners and Inbound Warehouse teams

• Maintain Purchase order dates in JDE for all shipped and unshipped lines

• Create and Process all intercompany invoice and packing slips in our supplier portal

• Assist in receiving discrepancy corrections

• Assist in overall lead time reviews using actual data gathered

Supply Planning Support- 30%

• Prepare suggested order reporting

• Prepare and review reporting for suggested Purchase order deferrals or expedites

• Assist in master data cleanup for SAP conversion

• Assist in Purchase Order cleansing for SAP conversion

S&OP Support- 10%

• Prepare monthly Safety Stock file for Supply review

• Prepare monthly Availability file for Supply review

• Assist in preparing reporting for Excess and Obsolete inventory

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Inventory management

  • Purchasing/Procurement (Assistance)

  • Associates/ Bachelors in related field

  • SAP/JD Edwards

Nice to Have:

  • MRP

  • C&IP industry experience

  • Team player
