SUMMARY OF THE JOB :

Reporting to the Head of Product and Profitability, the incumbent is responsible for the development, implementation and overall management of Cash Management products, services and enhancements. Work closely with the Cash Management Support Manager on coordinating the implementation efforts for the cash management products. Works closely with the Head of Specialty Lending and Services and Cash Management Services Manager to review industry trends for new products or enhancements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The incumbent is responsible for working with internal departments that support Cash Management products and services. Responsible for pro-actively communicating technical and product changes to bank employees prior to implementation of new products/enhancements by either the vendor or bank. Aids in creating/updating product guides and procedures for all Cash Management products. Coordinates employee product training.

  • Identifies and defines business requirements for new or enhanced products based on industry trends and competitor products and pricing.

  • Guide overall product suite strategy (e.g., what to invest in, business case, implementation)

  • Lead person for projects/conversions/upgrades (testing, implementation etc) within defined timelines and objectives.

  • Provides responsive subject matter expertise to RM’s and CMO’s and provides support by attending customer meetings.

  • Creates/coordinates and presents Product/Business plans including pricing, profitability, competitive analysis functionality and sales strategy.

  • Defines target markets and identifies cross-sell triggers.

  • Provides internal training/knowledge building for the front line.

  • Manages vendor relationships/risk management.

  • Seeks and identifies opportunities to improve the client experience.

  • Manages annual pricing event by coordinating activities between CM support, sales, and data analytics areas.

    principal accountabilities :

  • Provide impact analysis for new projects/initiatives.

  • Implement new products or product enhancements within project timelines.

  • Ensures compliance with FDIC, NACHA and State regulatory policies.

  • Follows established Bank policy, procedures, and security measures, including BSA and OFAC related policies and procedures, to safeguard depositor funds.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or extensive cash management experience

  • Minimum of 5 year’s experience with Cash Management Products and banking operations

  • Minimum of 2 year’s experience in Cash Management Risk and Compliance

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to coordinate diverse tasks simultaneously within stringent time frames.

  • Detail oriented.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work onsite and operate general office equipment.

  • Keyboard Dexterity

  • Prolonged Sitting
