What will you do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Support the quality function:

  • Review quality strategy, practices, and procedures to ensure best practices are maintained

  • Prepare and maintain quality systems (documentation, processes, and training)

  • Review and make recommendations for Quality Assurance plans, guidelines, policies, and processes

  • Develop, modify, apply, and maintain quality evaluation, control systems, and protocols.

  • Support the development and maintenance of inspection technologies or methodologies to assure product conformance

  • Requirement Tracking

  • Track customer requirement documents and ensure dissemination to appropriate stakeholders

  • Ensure that projects and process control documents are compliant with requirements, objectives, and contracts

  • Work with other functions to ensure systems are compliant, efficient, and can deliver to customer requirements

  • Determine if all products and processes are aligned with regulatory standards

  • Track and review requirements for program deliverables

  • External Interfacing

  • Support audits and provide feedback on non-compliance and implementing corrective actions

  • Manage source inspection and material release processes

  • Maintain traceability of program government property, production hardware, and software through various databases

  • Candidates should expect that they may be required to travel to a BBN, RTX, teammate, or customer site for meetings or other business-related activities.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Requires a 4-year degree

  • Current US Government Secret clearance

Additional Skills Desired

  • Prior employment experience with Defense contractor(s).

The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
