Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Maintenance Technician/Porter with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our New Monmouth, New Jersey location.
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 1pm-9pm and Saturday 9am-5pm
Pay Rate: $20.00
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Perform manual repairs when necessary.
Perform maintenance of electrical systems.
Conduct general upkeep procedures.
and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Experience in Fixing Locks, replacing windows and cork windows.
Experience in Landscaping.
Experience in Boilers and HVAC.
Experience in basic carpentry, roofing, and painting.
