Dow is seeking individuals who have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Accounting Information Systemsand who are motivated by the challenges and rewards of working for a company that is experiencing tremendous growth and change.

Candidates who are hired will be part of Dow’sFinance Development Program.This program provides new Finance employees multiple job assignments in the early years of their Dow career and provides a diverse and varied working knowledge of Dow’s Finance organization. Individuals will be assigned to challenging positions in the Finance organization that will provide exposure to Dow’s businesses and key leaders. Assignments vary and will complement the new hire’s prior experiences and background.

Location: New College Graduates hired into this program will primarily be placed in Midland, MI.

Minimum requirements:

  • A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Accounting Information Systems or Business Administration with an emphasis/major in accounting.

  • GPAs of 3.000 or higher are preferred.

  • A minimum requirement for the U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
