As DuPont Performance Building Solutions drives to improve the customer experience for both direct and indirect customers in the dynamic building and construction business, a new opportunity is available for a Salesforce Implementation Senior Specialist.

In this role, you will take the lead and implement the future of commercial excellence operations across our sales organization - driving optimal Salesforce utilization, best-in-class B2B customer relationship management, and connecting people, processes, and technology seamlessly – supporting brands like Tyvek weatherization barriers, Styrofoam XPS, Great Stuff, Froth-Pak, and Corian Design.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading and driving change management in the areas of Salesforce engagements, lead scoring, Salesforce productivity, Salesforce activity data, Salesforce analytics & pipeline reporting, and Salesforce performance reporting enabling the success of our divisional sales and marketing teams. This role will report to the Global Digital & Customer Experience Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management & Support

  • Accountable for having a holistic view of the sales process including uncovering areas of opportunity for improvement in Salesforce utilization

  • Leverage expert Salesforce knowledge to develop and document the Salesforce call notes process flows to be used consistently across all lines of business

  • Define, create, and interpret Salesforce data to proactively provide KPIs, analytics and insights to drive decision making, developing strategic recommendations for senior leadership

  • Identify, create, and reinforce Salesforce best practices to improve sales efficiency and win rates

Training

  • Assess the training needs of the sales organization in key areas enabling ongoing improvement

  • Develop and deliver ongoing Salesforce training modules to the Sales Teams to drive disciplined and accurate usage of the Salesforce application

  • Trouble shoot and resolve user issues in Salesforce in a timely manner

Collaborating with Others

  • Leverage strong relationships with the sales teams to improve utilization of Salesforce

  • Build strong collaborative relationships with the cross-functional teams

  • Adapt to shifting market and internal conditions

  • Communicate effectively across the business

Success in this role looks like :

  • Improved Salesforce utilization across the organization through successful Salesforce training, storytelling, and accountability

  • Defined customer insights that can be used to construct sales and marketing initiatives

  • Improved integration between Salesforce and Marketing Tech Stack to build robust customer journey insights and support marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Proven in-depth knowledge of Salesforce and best-in-class processes for sales management using Salesforce

  • 3+ years of prior work experience in one of the following fields: sales, pricing, finance, marketing, product management and/or Building & Construction industry

  • Clear understanding of how to define processes and manage ongoing process improvement

  • Demonstrated critical thinking, learning agility, and project management skills

  • Ability to make sound independent decisions using data and keen judgment

  • Strong organizational and oral and written communication skills

  • Proven experience with change management and ability to respectfully overcome objections to change

Location:

  • Please note - This position can be located in Midland, Michigan or Wilmington, Delaware. Relocation will not be provided for this role. This is a hybrid position and the employee is expected to be in the office 3 days a week and can be remote 2 days per week.
