The National Supply Chain Design & Continuous Improvement Expert works within the Sales & Marketing Function. The Sales & Marketing Function in Kuehne+Nagel is a fundamental asset to achieve accelerated growth and uncomparable customer excellence, throughout Key Account Management, Key Account Program Management, Customer Solutions development, Sales Systems & Process and Market Intelligence initiatives. Is part of the Key Account Program Office and contributes to deliver value and excellence to key account customers in all verticals and generate accelerated growth. Supports the end-to-end customer engagement and aims at retaining and growing share of wallet, improving profitability, and contributing to long lasting relationships. Focuses on Supply Chain Design and contributes to Supply Chain consultancy projects, customers' Continuous Improvement Programs and supports Tender Response & Value Proposition.

Your Role

Your Responsibilities

Supply Chain Consulting

Collaborate with Key Account Managers, Industry Champions, and Business Units in managing pro-active projects on supply chain value proposition with clients

Facilitate internal and client workshops with the aim to understand customers overall business model, supply chain strategies, needs and challenges as well as their future supply chain potential

Develop compelling business cases to key stakeholders covering the return of investment as well as the risks and implementation timeframe including as-is and to-be analysis

Continuous Improvement

Support dedicated, customer-specific Continuous Improvement Programs, managing respective projects with Business Units and product owners

Contribute to performance improvement projects, in order to retain and grow Kuehne+Nagel share of wallet

Tender Management & Value Proposition

Assist the tender core team during internal workshops in order to deep dive into customer requirements and create the value proposition

Support strategy preparation, tender requirements analysis, and value proposition alignment with commercial offer
