Description

The Learning and Development function of Amazon EU Operations (ACES EU Ops L&D) is currently looking to expand its LEAP (Learning Excellence, Analytics, and Projects) team with a Continuous Improvement support.

The role is based at Amazon’s Corporate Office in Milan.

This new and exciting role will interact with the different parts of the LEAP team (Metrics, Data Science, Projects) and of the broader EU Customer Fulfillment L&D team, so you need to be ready to learn a lot and quickly. The role will interest those with an appetite to develop, who enjoy organizing, working with attention to detail and data. The role will report into the head of the LEAP team.

Key job responsibilities

  • Support the creation and maintenance of LEAP team project portfolio in Asana

  • Track LEAP projects, collect updates and consolidate a portfolio-level report for key stakeholders on monthly basis.

  • Create LEAP Wiki, in alignment with latest standards & project updates

  • Create new LEAP dashboards in Quicksight

  • Support LEAP team members with the organization of events and trainings for the team

  • Create a newsletter to share information and celebrate successes of the team

Basic Qualifications

  • Demonstrates ability to manage and present data accurately

  • Spoken and written fluency of English language

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrates effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and able to convey active listening.

  • Strong relationship building and organizational skills are key.

  • Problem-solving ability with an analytical and solutions focused approach.

  • Basic experience with HTLM and PowerBI/QuickSight
