2 Full Time Seasonal H-2A Jobs available 02/15/2024 - 12/15/2024.
Performs duties like: drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store forage crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled chopper and mower. General lubrication, service (check fluids) and mechanical repair to farm machinery. Drive pickup to town on occasion for supplies. Help in the general maintenance of the farm buildings as well as the equipment. Spray crops. Assist with liquid and solid manure on the farm. Crops: Triticale, Hay, Corn
Requirements:
- 3 months experience in duties listed
- Driver Requirements
- Lifting requirement 60 lbs.
- Exposure to extreme temperatures
- Extensive pushing or pulling
- Extensive sitting or walking
- Frequent stooping or bending over
- Repetitive movements
