Your role in the future

The US Accounts Payable Manager at Quadient is responsible for overseeing company disbursement activity, as well as all staff and activities comprised by the accounts payable (AP) function, to ensure the timely and accurate processing of all transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Primary duties include the management of AP month-end close procedures, AP financial auditing, vendor invoice processing services, and critical AP actions.

Your profile

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable department, ensure timely and accurate vendor payments, proper coding, and compliance with internal controls.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and department controls to increase accuracy and efficiency.

  • Manage 1099 annual process and review vendor set up.

  • Provides leadership, direction and coaching on specific tasks as well as individual professional development.

  • Responsible for setting up goals and objectives for team members and managing performance.

  • Ensure the AP team investigates, solves, and responds to business partner issues, problems, and escalations in a positive manner.

  • Work closely and effectively with other departments to identify solutions and support new business opportunities.

  • Responsible for Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

  • Provide support for internal and external audit and other ad-hoc projects.

  • Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of dynamic accounts payable experience, and 3+ years supervisory experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, management, or related field preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills to interact with employees and vendor in a professional, confidential manner

  • Knowledge of accounting ERP software, Oracle a plus

  • Proficient in excel and word

This position has a salary range of:

$75,500.00 - $113,300.00

Quadient, Inc. has standard ranges for all U.S. - based roles, based on function, level, and scope, which are benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth-stage. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings . Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise. As such, they may vary from the ranges listed.
