Your role in our future

Quadient is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of IMS & Compliance - NORAM (North America), to join our team. This role is pivotal in deploying and managing our company's compliance programs, including the ISO certification program, within the North America region. The successful candidate will report to the Head of CSR & Compliance and work closely with the US and Canada leadership teams, as well as local IMS managers or liaisons.

Key Responsibilities:

IMS & Compliance Program Leadership:

  • Lead the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Global Integrated Management System (IMS) in coordination with the NORAM senior leadership team.

  • Ensure the effectiveness and performance of IMS & Compliance within the region, providing regular reports to the Head of CSR & Compliance.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Monitor and manage compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including EEO-1, VETS-4212, OSHA filings, and various state-specific requirements.

  • Ensure adherence to OFCCP obligations and manage affirmative action plans and reporting.

Audit Management:

  • Lead internal and external audits, including ISO certifications, SOC audits, and postal audits.

  • Serve as the company representative for external audits and ensure timely and effective corrective actions.

Policy Development and Training:

  • Promote a culture of compliance, safety, and integrity.

  • Develop, deploy, and oversee training and awareness programs related to corporate policies.

  • Support the development and revision of compliance policies in collaboration with the compliance center of excellence.

Data Reporting and Analysis:

  • Handle annual and periodic compliance reporting including EEO certifications, affirmative action letters, BLS reporting, OEWS surveys, and workers' compensation postings.

  • Manage and respond to contract requests and compliance-related data requests from contractors and vendors.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance risk management, reporting, and monitoring.

  • Provide support and advice in labor, quality, environment, health & safety, information security, and business ethics compliance.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead initiatives to map and improve end-to-end business processes.

  • Stay informed about changes in legal and regulatory requirements and adjust compliance strategies accordingly.

Your profile

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in compliance, QHSE, or information security.

  • Proven track record in managing teams and implementing integrated management systems.

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (QHSE, compliance, legal) is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, business ethics, and compliance regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.

  • Strong decision-making, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

  • Commitment to creating a dynamic and open company culture based on Quadient’s values.

  • Fluent in English; some international travel required.

  • Proficiency in regular computer work and sitting for extended periods.

This position has a salary range of:

$127,600.00 - $191,400.00

Quadient, Inc. has standard ranges for all U.S. - based roles, based on function, level, and scope, which are benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth-stage. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings . Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise.
