Heather Glenn Farms Estate Caretaker in Milford, New York
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Job duties would include, but not limited to: •Feeding and water animals •Must be willing to work closely with large farm animals, such as cows, horses, and donkeys •Keeping barns and garage in a clean and sanitary condition•Collecting eggs•Examining tap lines •Inspecting houses for maintenance issues and performing minor repairs •Basic maintenance tasks include waste removal, replacing light fixtures, replacing air filters, and installing new window screens. Larger tasks may include pressure-washing a deck or cleaning outdoor windows, moving furniture. •Maintain the property's landscaping, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and planting flowers or shrubs, pruning and weeding. •Ensuring plant growth by watering and fertilizingQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSoStrong organizational and time-management skills.oAbility to prioritize daily tasks. oPhysical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.oBeing able to work as a team and on your own initiative.oValid driver's license and reliable transportationoAttention to detail and ability to identify and solve problems quickly.
