We are offering an opportunity for an IT Support Analyst Lead based in Milford, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

• Apply knowledge of IT best practices, policies, and regulations to daily tasks.

• Utilize clear understanding of client/server technology.

• Communicate effectively, including writing, speaking and active listening.

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.

• Provide advanced leadership and conflict management skills.

• Showcase excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Pay excellent attention to detail.

• Demonstrate great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management, and prioritization.

• Leverage exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills, working both as part of a team and independently.

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role or similar IT support role

• Proficiency in Active Directory and Deskside Support

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various levels of staff and management

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• Knowledge of various operating systems and platforms

• Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience

• Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required

• Proven track record of maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing personal computer systems, hardware, software, computer peripherals, and AV equipment

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
