Avail Infrastructure Solutions Test Technician Lead - M-F - 1st Shift in Millington, Maryland

Electricians - All Experience Levels -  Up to $25/hr plus, competitive market pay depending on experience level.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Confers with supervisors or engineers to plan or review work activities or to resolve production problems.

  • Reviews the work of others and confirms that it is ready for final testing/inspection.

  • Explains test procedures or techniques to other workers.

  • Assembles test fixtures and performs preliminary test of completed shipping assemblies in accordance with standard procedures and/or special non-standard instructions.

  • Conducts routine mechanical and configuration inspection of final assemblies at testing in accordance with work instructions and as specified by drawings; Checks Quality Assurance records pertinent to the work.

  • Maintains log and records of all tests done.

  • Assists with the maintenance of test equipment and ensures equipment being used is in calibration.

  • Maintains clean, neat, and orderly work areas.

  • Works with Supervisor to schedule testing to keep projects on time.

  • Maintains standard of performance for testing in accordance with budgeted project hours.

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • HS diploma or GED required.

  • Some technical schooling preferred.

  • 3-4 years of experience required.
