Ellen Arts, EMEA Marketing Director Wound Care, is looking for a dynamic and experiencedEMEA Marketing Manager Incision Care / Acute Care(m/f/d) to join her team. In this role you will secure the right input into global departments in your area of responsibility to meet the needs of EMEA customers regarding the development and acquisition of new solutions. You will make sure key products, strategies and projects are successfully implemented in local markets to drive market growth while using resources efficiently.

Whatyou’lldo:

  • Create a deep understanding of the EMEA Incision Care / Acute Care (ICAC) environment, to support high quality and agile decision making in line with key drivers and success factors.

  • Define EMEA ICAC strategy and key focus areas in collaboration with the EMEA leadership team and in accordance with the global strategy.

  • Co-design set-up of the relevant go-to market models in collaboration with EMEA leadership team and local markets.

  • Drive the implementation and launch of focus products, key launches and key projects to secure impact & results.

  • Propose and monitor aligned KPI’s in the field of ICAC and coordinate corrective actions.

  • Set and implement EMEA pricing guidelines for ICAC.

  • Act as catalyst for cross country learning in the field of ICAC.

  • Ensure robust alignment between Clinical Engagement and Commercial Excellence and on Launch Excellence, Market Access, and digital activities.

  • Together with the global marketing, Clinical Affairs and Clinical Engagement, support the development of an EMEA KOL strategy and establish and cultivate close relationships with key opinion leaders across EMEA.

  • Co-design and challenge local business cases and follows-up on the implementation.

  • Provide high quality input to M&A activities in the field of ICAC EMEA.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree and an MBA/Business Masters is desirable

  • Substantial (+10 years) experience & proven track record in marketing and sales within the medical device industry

  • Experience in working with surgical products and surgeons

  • Well-versed in working in an international / global position

  • Preferably lived and/or worked in a cross-cultural environment

  • Open to travel frequently within EMEA (approx. 40%)
