Working in a transformational environment this is an opportunity to think on your feet and drive continuous improvement of the salesforce through performance and strategy revision. Immersing yourself in the market you will become an SME for all things data and support the UK business growth through analytical decision making.
What you’ll do
Conduct in-depth analysis of salesforce performance metrics and report back to senior leadership team
Partner with Business Unit Directors to build data led business strategies
Create detailed industry knowledge data sets and market analysis
Present findings to business leaders and draw relevant insights/conclusions
Collaborate with internal functions to align sales objectives with overall business goals
Identify Salesforce tool training needs within the team and assist with hands-on delivery
Influence wider business on the importance of accurate data capture and its benefits
Take part in weekly global Salesforce Effectiveness integration and best practice session
What you’ll get

What you’ll need
Demonstrable experience within similar data, commercial or market analytics role
Ideally degree qualified in relevant business or economics field
Knowledge of salesforce effectiveness project implementation
Solid hands-on use of tools including salesforce and Power-BI is essential
Excellent presentation and communication skills
