Demand to Renew (D2R) Transformation In a fast changing and increasingly complex selling - and buying - environment, we continue to evolve the behaviors, processes and technologies that deliver our end-to-end customer relationship management and digital customer experience across the entire Rockwell Automation portfolio. The need for this evolution is amplified by recent acquisitions that introduce new commercial motions and supporting processes and systems. The D2R transformation will resolve bottlenecks, silos, and disconnects across business processes, data, and technologies to deliver a fully integrated and seamless end-to-end customer, partner, and employee experience from demand generation to renewal motions. Key deliverables of this program include streamlined processes, standardized governance, integrated data model, connected quotes across our portfolio, and opportunity linkage between new, renew, and cross-sell/upsell - and ultimately a 360 view of our customer.
