Job Summary The Customer Analytics Analyst will enable data-driven decision-making. This is a data-centric role that will leverage analytical methods and tools to analyze and assess business performance through a compilation of survey response and operational data. Job Responsibilities * Leverage multiple data sources to collect, process, design, develop, maintain, and perform statistical analysis to extract insights from data to inform business decisions and improve organizational performance * Process, clean, and organize large datasets for established reporting and custom analysis * Skilled application of statistical analysis methods. Examples: modeling, forecasting, Correlations and Regression, Key Driver Analysis (KDA). * Utilize various tools to integrate data from disparate data sources that identify trends, patterns, challenges, opportunities, and insights in data that has implications for achieving H-D business goals * Develop streamlined approaches for the transition of analytical output into simple, clear reports or dashboards * Communicating findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders * Collaborate with internal team and cross functional partners to ensure business opportunities and issues identified are customer-centric, thoroughly defined and understood, data-driven solutions * Communicate findings and insights from analyses in order to influence strategies and decisions of key...
