JOB REQUIREMENTS: CRM Administrator Job ID 2024-8583 # of Openings 1 State WI City Milwaukee Shift First Overview The CRM Administrator administers the company\'s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Power BI reports, and other sales enablement applications to optimize and ensure data integrity, provide valuable sales insights, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities Job Responsibilities Configures and maintains the company\'s CRM to align with business processes and requirements. Creates user access and monitors system performance, including troubleshooting technical issues and coordination of support with internal and external resources. Develops and maintains interactive sales dashboards, reports, and analytics using Power BI and CRM to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and measure real-time sales effectiveness. Ensures that data integrity and quality assurance processes within the CRM system and data warehouse are accurate and up to date at all times. Supports integration of the CRM System with internal business applications such as Quoting, ERP, and other customer related interfaces. Implements automation workflows to streamline business processes and improve overall efficiency. Provides training and support to sales team members on CRM usage, best practices, and data entry standards. Stays current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to sales systems, analytics, and CRM platforms. Performs other duties as assigned, which may include leading projects of varying scale or scope. Qualifications Job Skills Requirements Demonstrated expertise in the configuration and administration of CRM systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar, with hands-on experience in system administration, configuration, and reporting. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization using tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Excel). Strong project management and process improvement skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to optimize sales workflows. Experience in change management and driving user adoption of new sales technologies and processes.
