This role provides the organization with guidance related to equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and general global HR compliance requirements. This role will also manage a global team of investigative professionals responsible for conducting internal investigations into allegations of non-compliance with applicable national/state/local employment laws and regulations, as well as internal corporate policies, procedures, and standards. This role will report to the Vice President of Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as part of the DEI Center of Excellence. How you will do it: Collaborates with and advises human resource staff on EEO, affirmative action and global HR compliance.
