JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Category:Sales, Marketing & Product ManagementSchedule:Full timeJob Description: PURPOSE AND SCOPE This position is responsible for the implementation of the short and long-term product strategies for Service as a product. This will provide insight and feedback to help develop strategic plans and will support the development and execution of product growth plans. The incumbent will manage and work with all internal resources to guide and execute the growth of service and related products to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Product Roadmap Identify and evaluate all related service product categories over the past 5 years. Define product requirements incorporating customer and market insights from sales, service, and marketing. Conduct ongoing reviews of pricing structure to ensure its accuracy and appropriateness for assigned product categories. Evaluate competitive Service positions in marketplace and related products. Service Product Initiative Service as a product initiative and KPI\'s related. Developing segments of service-related products for labor, parts, and connected services. Collaborate with cross-functional team to deliver the planned roadmap on time. Provide immediate resolution to escalated customer challenges and critical risks across the product development process. Analyze sales representative performance and help develop any strategies for incentives related to service growth and efficiency. Market Insight & Continuous Improvement Conduct market research and track market trends within product lines/ categories. Collaborate with functional areas such as sales, applications, customer support, tech trainers, marketing, and to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities. Determine the need for product revisions, expansion, and/or elimination and make recommendations to the Product Management Leader to drive overall product category strategy. Collaborate with cross function team to deliver continuous improvement projects. Identify gaps that exist within the product lines/categories vs competition. Product Marketing & Training Support marketing team to generate the annual marketing plan including the product value proposition and positioning as well as launch and installed base strategies. Provide content for sales literature, sales tools, promotions, ads and other marketing materials. Collaborate with marketing team to deliver product training.
