JOB REQUIREMENTS: Genesis10 is currently seeking an eComm Review Analyst for a contract lasting through May 2025working with an insurance company in Milwaukee, WI. This position will be 100% remote. The main responsibility of the eComm Analyst position involves reading and reviewing financial representative and client correspondence/emails and flagging those communications for additional review based on factors such as risk and company policies. Qualifications: Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience--experience in the compliance field is a plus Individuals must be apt at reading for comprehension and be comfortable doing so in a high-volume environment while thinking critically, analyzing, and making decisions on email communications based on risk. Strong organizational and analytical skills; must have a high level of attention to detail Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a professional environment to meet daily individual and team volume and quality goals. Strong experience and knowledge of platforms such as Outlook and SharePoint with the ability to learn new software and programs. Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills The ability to read and write in Spanish fluently is also a plus.
