Job Summary The Enterprise Architect (EA) - Data & Analytics will lead and guide the evaluation and selection of enterprise architectures that align and drive current and future business needs across the enterprise. This role will lead with a data-driven mindset while acting as an internal business consultant in the support of evolving Harley-Davidson data capabilities and services. This role will be responsible for setting standards around analytics, data modeling, data integration, data engineering best practices, data governance, and data security design. This is a highly collaborative role and will provide direct guidance to functional teams and partner with senior leadership to develop optimal data, data governance, and analytic architectures. This role will lead the development of target state architecture for future data platforms, data architecture, data quality, and data integration. This role will lead the formulation of data and analytic capabilities, governance processes, and technology roadmaps.
