Description Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI is currently seeking a Faith Partnership Associate to support the Loving Lutherans Capital Campaign. The Faith Partnership Associate supports the Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan\'s Loving Lutherans campaign to raise \$1M from congregations and Lutheran donors in 2024 which will be matched by an anonymous donor. This role will support a comprehensive plan to engage the support of Lutheran partners in the programs of Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan, Inc. (LSS) and the LSS Foundation, Inc, with the goal of meeting the \$1M challenge. This role is expected to be a 6 month, limited term opportunity. Reporting to the Director of Advancement and in close partnership with the Manager of Faith and Community Partnerships, this role engages with Lutheran church leadership, congregation members, and Lutheran donors to raise funds to maximize fundraising efforts through 2024. Works as a member of the Loving Lutherans Team (Team), supporting the overall goals of the Chief Advancement Officer\'s vision as it relates to Lutheran congregation giving Supports the implementation of the Loving Lutherans promotion and fundraising plan as directed by the Manager of Faith and Community Relations and reporting progress to Director of Advancement Serves as visible and enthusiastic leader for the Loving Lutherans campaign With detailed data and instructions from the Team, contacts congregations to identify decision makers that can approve a Loving Lutherans initiative in their church (often this is clergy but could be other church leadership or volunteers) Plans and coordinates...
