Job Summary The General Manager, U.S. Sales is a highly visible leadership role with overall responsibility for developing strategic sales; plans and coaching US Sales leaders to improve front-line and Dealer effectiveness and ultimately drive targeted performance and associated profitability. The GM is accountable for achieving strategic growth and sales objectives/targets including market share and revenue with the goal of increasing profit and ridership for Harley-Davidson. Additionally, this role is accountable for short and long-term plans on how the US market team will influence and drive performance in the Dealer network to achieve stated strategic objectives. The GM will create a culture of high performance and develop a team with expertise to increase dealer profitability and enhance the Company and dealer relationships. Collaboration and strong cross-functional relationships with other US Sales functions, marketing, and service, among others, are imperative to deliver Harley-Davidson\'s strategic imperatives focused on increasing ridership and contributing to strong dealer performance and customer experience.
