JOB REQUIREMENTS: Build Relationships and Help Generate New Business No cold calling. Pre-Qualified Leads Provided Lucrative Bonus program and incentives for actively supporting our outside sales staff by setting valuable appointments and rehashing active customers. You Must: Have excellent communication skills Have a strong desire to WIN and hate to lose Excel at setting appointments for new opportunities and building lasting relationships. Have superior listening skills Have a proven track record working independently while following proven systems and processes. Love working with a CRM because you know your daily efforts show you are a self-starting, high achiever While helpful, knowledge of building, construction, architecture, or design is beneficial, but not required as we can provide any training that you need.
