REXNORD HR Generalist in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Schedule: 4 days on site in Milwaukee with 1 day remote per week Scope of Leadership Role We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic an skilled HR Generalist for our Industrial Components Division within the Industrial Powertrain Solutions Segment. If you\'re passionate about HR and want to make a meaningful impact, this is the place to be. Reporting to the Senior HR Director for the division, you\'ll play a pivotal role in both administrative and strategic functions by driving talent acquisition, employee development, performance management and culture. Additionally, you will help set the stage for continuous improvement of HR processes for the segment. Key Responsibilities Serve as HR Partner to be a trusted talent advisor and coach to leaders Serve as primary contact for HR-related inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information to associates Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition COE to oversee and ensure high-quality diverse talent acquisition Collaborate with hiring managers to provide an excellent onboarding experience Oversee and manage the use of performance management to create a high-performing organization Assist with implementing and embedding Regal Rexnord talent initiatives within the IPS Segment Develop action plans and partner with leadership in being accountable for culture and engagement progress Champion an inclusive environment that values diversity Partner with Division HR on talent processes Manage various HR projects for the segment that contribute to our strategic objectives Maintain data accuracy and integrity within our HR systems Professional Experience/Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3+ years\' experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably partnering with managers Previous experience managing HR projects Excellent communication and coaching skills Strong organizational and project management skills A continuous improvement mindset with the drive to seek out ways to streamline and improve HR processes and initiatives Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Coverage Spending accounts (HSA, Health Care FSA and Dependent Care FSA) Paid Time Off and Holidays 401k Retirement Plan with Matching Employer Contributions Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance Paid Leaves Tuition Assistance About Regal Rexnord Regal Rexnord is a \$6.5B publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power,transmitand control motion.
