JOB REQUIREMENTS: HRIS Senior Analyst US-WI-Milwaukee \| US-TX-Dallas \| US-IL-Chicago ID 2024-3108 Category Talent Type Regular Full-Time FLSA Status Exempt Scheduled Hours 40+ Workplace Hybrid Overview The Senior Analyst, HRIS will provide support and maintenance of the firm\'s HR systems. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, integrations with other firm systems and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Senior Analyst also supports system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned and serve as the primary point of contact within the HR department for routine, day-to-day support and resolutions issues. Responsibilities Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of system upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Maintain system tables and document process and results. Provide support for HR systems including, but not limited to, researching and resolving systems problems, unexpected results or process flaws. Perform scheduled activities and recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation. Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. payroll, benefits, recruiting, technology, accounting). Develop and support data integrations with other firm systems (MDP, Technology, etc). Contribute to providing overall project management for HR systems related initiatives. Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of custom reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Maintain awareness of current trends in HR systems with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies. Examine trends in information systems training, materials and techniques. Through classes, reading, CBTs or other mechanisms, continuously increase both HR knowledge and HR systems application/tools knowledge. Provide backup support to HR System Analyst role. Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree required. Minimum of five (5) years of HR systems experience required.
