What you will do The primary role of the HVAC Service Development Sales Manager will be leading a team of Service Sales professionals in growing the service business for the Raleigh, Greensboro, NC and Richmond, VA.In this position, there will be a focus on strategic HVAC Service Sales. You will make key decisions aimed at actualizing the Johnson Controls corporate mission to exceed the ever-increasing expectations of our customer. How you will do it Manage the area business through the market teams in the sale, development, delivery, and performance assurance of JCI (Just communicate) offerings to new and existing customers within their local, designated customer base. Analyze local markets and current business performance to ensure strategies are effective in meeting planned profits and recommend adjustments to the plan when necessary. Develop and deliver long and short-term strategic objectives for profitability and growth; develop business plans and budgets. Works to grow vertical market sales.
