LEAD AUDITOR (Office of Comptroller) Hourly Pay Rate: \$31.06 - \$46.59 Closing Date: July 16th 2024 or upon receipt of the first 50 application submission Job Summary: Under general direction, to plan, organize, supervise, and conduct performance audits to reach conclusions regarding economy, efficiency, program effectiveness and compliance with policies and regulations. Job Responsibilities: Research applicable policies, procedures, resolutions, ordinances, regulations, and laws. Research and develop a historical perspective. Observe operations and conduct interviews to obtain a working knowledge of programs and operations. Prepares an audit work plan. Draft clear, concise, and logical audit findings based on results of audit tests. Organize work papers in accordance with office policies and procedures.
