Description We are offering a position in our team for a Sales & Marketing Associate based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role will primarily involve engaging with potential customers, generating brand awareness through social media, and converting leads into community tours. This role falls within the Sales Support job function and is a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in meaningful conversations with potential customers, creating a sense of connection and community

• Follow up with all prospects, providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighborhood

• Conduct personalized tours of the apartment community, converting these interactions into new leases

• Generate consistent brand loyalty by ensuring the resident experience is consistently stellar

• Utilize social media platforms to generate awareness, interest, and excitement about the community

• Work during peak customer activity periods, which may include weekends

• Use Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and About Time for various tasks

• Handle billing functions and cash activity

• Engage with C-Suite customers, providing exceptional customer service

• Leverage skills as a Leasing Consultant and Corporate Social Media expert

• Participate in event sales, promoting the community and its features to potential residents. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Support or a related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Outlook

• Experience with the 'About Time' system

• Familiarity with billing functions and cash activity

• Comfortable interacting with C-Suite level executives

• Strong customer service skills

• Experience as a Leasing Consultant is a plus

• Ability to manage corporate social media platforms

• Proven track record in event sales.
