Incident & Request Handling o Manage processes for addressing IT incidents and fulfilling service requests, prioritizing timely and accurate resolution. IT Service Delivery Management: o Ensure all IT services are delivered efficiently and in alignment with set standards and Service Level Objectives (SLOs). User Provisioning Oversight o Manage the process of setting up and managing user accounts and access permissions, ensuring timely and accurate provisioning of IT resources. Help Desk Administration o Administer help desk operations to provide effective first-line support, ensuring quick resolution of IT issues and high user satisfaction. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: We need this seat to have: Bachelor\'s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or higher-level Azure certifications. 3-5 years\' experience in managing Azure environments. Proven track record in implementing and managing cloud-based solutions, particularly within Microsoft Azure. Emphasize a strong understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements to protect organizational data and resources. Proficiency in managing Azure AD objects. Experience with Azure AD synchronization and authentication. Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and auditing identity-related activities. Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Skills in securing and managing storage accounts, including configuring network access and implementing storage replication. Ability to configure and manage Virtual Machines (VMs) for high availability and scalability and experience with containers. Experience with securing virtual network resources with Network Security Groups (NSGs) and Application Security Groups (ASGs). Knowledge of configuring DNS zones, VPN Gateway, and ExpressRoute. Experience using Azure Monitor for resource monitoring, log analytics, and alerting. Proficiency in implementing backup and recovery solutions using Azure Backup.
