Office Support Assistant 2 Hourly Pay Rate: \$14.57 - \$21.84 Closing Date: May 28, 2024 or upon receipt of the first 50 application submissions Job Summary: Maintain the KIDS/wiKIDS database and assist with the processing of accurate legal documents. Provide necessary clerical support under the guidance of the lead worker to ensure compliance with Federal Regulations, State laws and mandates Coordinate with court calendars. This position allows the department to achieve performance measures set by the State of Wisconsin and to be able to provide timely and efficient service to the families in Milwaukee County. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Create standardized legal documents and letters. Verify accuracy of keyboarded copy against original documentation Upload legal documents to the appropriate attorney queue in the e-file system. Scan or upload case documents to OnBase, the internal electronic case file system Download legal documents from e-filing, print and assemble pleadings for each party.
