The Global Prioritization Organization Manager is responsible for managing the regional team that is responsible for backlog prioritization and management for customer delivery. The team liaises between customers and manufacturing, sales, field service, order processing, and accounting to resolve status, production, delivery, and billing inquiries. They play a critical role is supporting moments that matter for our customers and help make connections for the customer care team. What you will do: Responsible to lead a regional team to deliver outcomes for critical backlog issues for customers, this includes expedites, breakdowns, executive escalations, and internal demand requirements. Establish and hold team accountable to deliver to a well-defined set of performance metrics and policies for the team, while fostering a culture centered around coaching and mentoring to ensure performance and support career growth at all levels.
