TheFIS Sales team is seeking a Seller Experience & Tools Enablement Director to drive the strategy and optimization of a \"world-class\" seller ecosystem and tools enablement across our global sales and revenue team. This individual must serve as a change agent to drive adoption and utilization of innovative tools, aligned to various seller profiles. As a member of the Sales Performance Office, you will work collaboratively with many cross-functional teams across the company, such as Sales Learning, Tools & Technology, Revenue Operations, and Sales leadership. The scope of your remit will include establishing a roadmap to optimize the sales process through defining/activating sales personas, establishing role-based sales disciplines, mapping key activities, tools and resources to the sales process and harnessing individuals across a matrixed organization to embed and enable best practices to increase seller performance. To be successful, you will have a passion for maximizing seller performance by taking something from good to great with an understanding of and ability to leverage key levers that impact seller effectiveness.
