As an essential incentives operational team member within our center of excellence you will assist with incentive compensation plan design, data analytics, project planning and the implementation. Within this role, you will manage various activities from day-to-day operational tasks to coordinating projects with cross-functional teams. The role reports to the Head of Sales Compensation and regularly collaborates with HR, Sales, Finance, Sales leaders. How you will do it: Leading day-to-day activities of the Sales Compensation Team including aspects of design, implementation, administration, communication, policy creation, monitoring, and reporting Performing activities related to sales plan governance, profitability, and progress towards strategic objectives through data modelling, integrity audits and analytics related to incentive programs.
