You will be a critical support as Johnson Controls pursues its mission, leading the successful design, deployment and program management of training solutions for our field managers. Your challenge will be to design, develop and program manage learning programs that support our global frontline leaders. You will lead the execution of successful training solutions aligned with the specific needs of the business. Working closely with key global stakeholders, you will design and deliver training, collaborate on development, evaluate training effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement for upskilling our field leaders. Requirements include consultative skills, strong facilitation skills, excellent business acumen, a willingness to act amid ambiguity, strong project management skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will need to continuously iterate on your design to meet the needs of our business, working closely with executives and experts in our field businesses to align training to company strategy. You will own or collaborate on the onboarding, upskilling and leadership development for our global managers in all JCI branches.
