They will work with cross-functional teams from engineering, manufacturing, and product owners to develop design validation plans which will ensure product requirements are met for Brady printer and material products We are looking for someone eager to learn our systems and grow in their technical expertise.What you’ll be doing: Create test plans to validate that NPD and sustaining engineering programs meet product requirements. Develop test strategies to ensure quality, functionality and performance of printers and materials. Work hand-in-hand with R&D, factory, and marketing teams to develop cost-effective test strategies and test plans to mitigate risks. Work together with product teams as needed to resolve issues in an efficient manner to support product launch plans. Apply industry standards for printer performance, reliability, and print quality testing. Develop internal standards and test processes as required. Understand measurement tools and techniques, and make recommendations for measurement equipment as needed. Performs other tasks as required. Responsibilities include, but are not necessarily limited to, the duties listed on this job description. What you’ll need to be successful: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. 0-2 years experience with quality, reliability, and testing. Demonstrated capability to plan and prioritize multiple projects with varying time-frames and levels of importance. Ability to take complete ownership for all aspects of product testing. Ability to present complex data clearly with meaningful conclusions. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and take ownership of assigned projects. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and experience writing technical specifications.
