About the Role: We're looking for an AI Product Development Specialist to join our expanding team, dedicated to transforming workplace learning through personal discovery. This position requires a blend of technical expertise in generative artificial intelligence, skills in product strategy and market positioning, and the ability to craft a cogent and compelling content strategy that helps clients better understand their workplace relationships. In this role, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a content strategy that delivers on the promise of AI to improve workplace collaboration and personal development. You'll collaborate with product managers, user experience designers, engineers, and researchers to define success metrics. You'll also work with marketing and sales teams to ensure that AI offerings resonate with the market. Your responsibilities will include managing workload, prioritizing content recommendations, and contributing to the product roadmap. Most importantly, you'll balance business goals and technological capabilities in the formulation and delivery of accelerated, best-in-class content strategy and execution. We are seeking someone who is curious, inventive, and inquisitive with the ability to create concrete deliverables. A strong candidate will have a passion for discovering how AI tools can motivate people to learn, change, think, and take action to become their best selves in the workplace. Key Responsibilities: Strategize and define content vision for AI-driven flow-of-work applications Work with product managers to oversee and support the product lifecycle, leading discovery sessions and verifying deployment tactics Leading cross-functional teams on concepting sprints and facilitate MVP testing With researchers, conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for competitive advantage Explore and implement competitive, market-desirable, AI-driven content strategies to enhance product experience for client organizations Work closely with engineering teams to ensure content and product strategies are preserved Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to support product development across channels Continuously assess AI advancements and their potential impact on content strategy and product development Requirements: Ability to work both collaboratively and independently At least 3 years' workplace experience in content strategy and product development Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work in a team-based organization Experience with AI-driven content creation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, DALL-E, Claude, Synthesia, QuillBot, Bard, ElevenLabs, Tome, Zapier, etc.) Strong conceptual and analytical skills, with ability to communicate across all organizational levels including executive leadership Fluent understanding of machine learning, generative AI, and other emergent technologies in a learning or workplace setting strongly desired Facility with Microsoft 365 Suite (including Teams, Copilot, and Viva Engage), especially regarding workplace productivity Familiarity with other enterprise workplace tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, etc.) strong plus Familiarity with workplace learning platforms and tools (e.g., LMS, LXP, etc.) Proficiency in data analysis tools and methods to measure content efficacy Excellent teamwork skills, with an ability to get things done requiring minimal supervision Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI Machine Learning, Engineering, Applied Technology, or related field highly desirable For consideration, please provide a cover letter, resume, and (if relevant) a link to your GitHub or other supporting materials.
