The Commercial Revenue Analyst is responsible for supporting the Head of Commercial Strategy and the Commercial Team by performing analysis on individual and portfolio hotel performance. In this role, you will help to identify revenue opportunities, create and analyze commercial data, reports and presentations to drive revenue across the Choice Managed Hotel Division. Our managed hotel portfolio includes Cambria, Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson Red, Park Plaza, and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. #makeityourchoice This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Head of Commercial Strategy, Managed Hotels Division. The Corporate Revenue Analyst will collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis. RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Head of Commercial Strategy, Corporate Director of Revenue and Regional Sales & Marketing Director in the implementation of new revenue strategy initiatives across the hotels in the Managed Hotels portfolio. (50%) Measure current revenue strategy initiatives and report results to understand the effectiveness of strategies Use data analytics to assist in developing future revenue strategy initiatives and provides analysis to assist with the development of supporting business cases. Work with analytics team on the management of the MHD Tableau workbooks Deep dive analysis of commercial revenue performance to locate the root cause of performance Support the development of the new pricing structure and rate simplification initiatives to ensure hotel rate display is optimal to drive bookings and revenue Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for meetings utilizing available software and technology. Maintain excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Develops and manages reporting for the Commercial Team (30%) Establish and maintain reporting documentation for ownership meetings. Accurate preparation and distribution of daily, weekly, monthly revenue report which include RevPAR/RGI Tracker, Focus Goals, Forecast Accuracy, etc. Develop forecast and budget reporting for the portfolio Assist in developing reports to the commercial management team.
