Overview We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Food and Beverage to lead our dynamic teams and oversee all culinary operations at our hotel. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing our diverse food and beverage outlets, developing new menus, creating unique guest experiences, and ensuring exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of success in managing multiple outlets. Responsibilities As Director of Food & Beverage, you'll get to:

  • Oversee all daily operations of Giulia
  • Oversee daily operations of Spyhouse, which serves the best coffee in Minneapolis
  • Work closely with Chef Steven Brown and the culinary leadership on property
  • Work closely with the sales, catering, and marketing departments to maximize revenue
  • Ensure both guest experience excellence and employment experience excellence at all times
  • Manage all financial aspects of the F&B operation (labor, F&B costs, and expenses)
  • Execute small banquet and catering events in the hotel's limited meeting space

Qualifications Ideal Director of Food & Beverage candidates should have at least 3 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in food and beverage management, hotels preferred.
  • Ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plan.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to create and execute unique food and beverage concepts.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
