Elysian Construction is looking for eager sales professionals to join our growing team of outside sales representatives. We specialize in helping our customers get exceptional service for their roof repair & exterior construction needs. Our mission at Elysian is to serve a property owners needs with Exceptional workmanship Premium materials Professional integrity Exceptional Service Maximum value Our Inside Sales Manager are responsible for: Hire and train inside sales team Impart guidance, advice and knowledge in a mentoring environment Provide timely performance evaluations and feedback to individuals Handle discipline and termination of employee in accordance with company compliances and policies Provide support and direction for the sales team. Analyze weekly, monthly and quarterly operational and sales reports to maintain alignment with company goals and objectives. Create a trustworthy environment to help resolve any customer complaint or issue. Encourage, support, and motivate team to help maximize their productivity. Identify opportunities in the market for future growth and sales. Have a presence in the markets we serve as an industry expert. Collaborate with the executive team to develop KPI s, metrics and quotas. Setting and budgeting long term and short-term expenses and budgets for sales department Assess existing process and procedures and provide insight to improvements. Perform other duties as assigned. We provide our Inside Sales Manager with: Weekly salary compensation starting at $75,0000 - 90,000 Annual bonus of 20% of salary based on department and company performance Benefits including medical and dental insurance, life and limited disability insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, paid personal time, and other benefits options.
