We specialize in helping our customers get exceptional service for their roof repair & exterior construction needs. Our mission at Elysian is to serve a property owners needs with Exceptional workmanship Premium materials Professional integrity Exceptional Service Maximum value Our Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for: Perform and document roof inspections? Review and sign contracts with Homeowners? Gather required information and enter data into organizational systems? Self-source and generate leads Will be able on the phone 5-6 hours a day? Making Calls from 4:30 - 8:30pm one day a week (half day in office, half day in home) Record and maintain all prospect information in CRM database.? Attend and actively participate in weekly meetings? Take Coaching from sales managers, sales supervisors, and other Company professionals? Be able and willing to communicate effectively? Perform roof adjustments when assigned by the Legal Department? Travel to other markets when presented an opportunity? Independently complete a minimum of 40 hours of professional development training annually? Make outgoing calls to qualify prospects to generate solid leads to transfer to sales team.? Commit fully to achieving and exceeding significant daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and sales quotas.? Provide customer support and account management duties as assigned.? Other related activities and tasks, as requested?
