Robert Half IT Audit Manager in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description We are looking for an IT Audit Manager to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This position is within the Financial Services industry and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As an IT Audit Manager, you will play a key role in managing IT audits and ensuring the security of our IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct IT audits within the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards

• Apply data mining techniques to extract key audit findings and inform decision-making

• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of ITGC (IT General Controls) and apply this knowledge to audit processes

• Oversee the auditing of cloud IT systems to ensure data integrity and security

• Utilize your knowledge of the banking industry to inform IT audit strategies

• Create and present audit reports to stakeholders, detailing findings and recommendations

• Leverage your skills in CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) and CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) in the execution of audit tasks

• Collaborate with the team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to IT audits. Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Audit within the Financial Services industry.

• Proficient in Data Mining Techniques.

• Demonstrated skills in Auditing and creation of Audit Reports.

• Previous experience as an Audit Senior is required.

• Strong IT Audit skills, especially in IT General Controls (ITGC).

• Must hold Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification.

• Certification in Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is a plus.

• Extensive knowledge of the Banking Industry is required.

• Must have excellent problem-solving, analytical, technical, and numerical abilities.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

• Proficiency in using audit-related software.

• Strong understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the financial sector.

• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
