Padagis US LLC Lifecycle Management Coordinator-LIFEC001750 in Minneapolis, Minnesota

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lifecycle Management Coordinator to join our Life Cycle Management and Sourcing team at Padagis US, a mid-size pharmaceutical company dedicated to delivering innovative healthcare solutions. The Lifecycle Management Coordinator will lead the development of project management strategies to enhance organizational efficiency and oversee change controls, while also handling ad hoc sourcing needs and collaborating with teams to ensure the successful execution of both in-house and external projects and sourcing initiatives.Job duties:Coordinate and manage ad hoc sourcing requirements to support manufacturing operations.Develop and implement strategies to create organizational efficiencies in sourcing and project management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of in-house & external projects and sourcing initiatives.Monitor and report on the progress of projects, identifying any issues and proposing solutions to ensure timely completion.Develop and lead a robust project tracking and adherence process, holding SMEs accountable of achieving timelines and other actionable itemsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments to inform sourcing strategies.Assist in the management of the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and efficiency.Required qualifications:Bachelor's degree or appropriate combination of education and experienceFive or more (5 ) years of industry sourcing experienceExperience in sourcing or project management within the pharmaceutical industry.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements.Proactive problem-solver with a focus on creating efficiencies and streamlining processes.About us:At Padagis our focus is on health care products that improve people's lives.
