Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) Bywood East Health Care is a privately-owned health care facility that has served Northeast Minneapolis and surrounding communities since 1971. We are a NFII non-Medicare certified board and care facility that offers a range of health care services with a professional staff committed to providing the best quality care. We are currently looking for caring and compassionate Nursing Assistants (NAR) to provide quality care to our residents. A Nursing assistant's (NAR) primary role is to provide basic care to our residents, as well as assist them in daily activities they might have trouble with on their own. We are currently looking for Full time or Part time Evening Shift (2:00p-10:00p) NAR's to join our team! These positions are available immediately! POSITION SUMMARY: The Nursing assistant, under the direction of the Nurse, is responsible for providing nursing related, direct nursing care services to all the residents in accordance to the philosophy, policies and procedures of the Nursing Department as well as the regulations set by Resident Rights, and State and Federal Regulations. The nursing assistant is expected to be able to effectively set priorities in the workload and to work in cooperation with all staff.
